Make what is unfamiliar familiar. - Marisa PeerEffortlessness is one of the most challenging things for us and the world, especially its civilisation.
Because it is not easy to take both aspects of effortlessness and hard-working at the same time. Because in the time-space regulation, time exists "logically", but it simultaneously makes this symmetrical universe observable "physically".
The most easy way to observe every entity and object "physically" is to split the space by time "logically".
For instance, with this regulation, it requires us to develop the system by working hard until the system becomes available. And the process of easing comes to the next stage of quality assurance, and the QA process is not easy as well, it takes time. Basically, whether agile or waterfall, the development process takes time.
After these steps, we can use the system officially and have more fun with the system as users, sometimes administrators. However, the system is not immutable and the software life-cycle is not forever. That is one of the reasons why the agile methodology encourages us to embrace change.
This process is the same as the process of creation, operation and migration of the system architecture and structure in this world and its civilisation.
In my understanding, a fantasy of effortlessness becomes a reality when we go beyond the state of "conscious competence". In addition, once activated, we might want to choose the state shift from "unconscious competence" to "re-conscious competence". Because, in order to make sure where we are, we must become aware of when entering a state of relaxed "effortlessly".
This process is the same as the process of transition, upgrading and innovation of the system architecture and structure in this world and its civilisation.
By the same reason, it is not easy for me to keep meditating by repeating a mantra mentally and effortlessly. It requires regular practice to make what is unfamiliar familiar. The simplicity is surrounded by plenty of complications. The paradigm shift causes millions of pain until it becomes more effortless.
